The mythical Cinnamon Bird made its nest from cinnamon sticks, while the prized spice was a tribute befitting monarchs and gods of ancient times. Traders kept its source a secret, but its delicate aroma and warm sweet flavor found its way around the world. Ella uses Ceylon Cinnamon from Sri Lanka, expertly hand-cut from the inner bark of the true Cinnamon tree, and upon creating Snickerdoodle exclaimed "It's truly a Cinnom-enon!"
